AGENDA

1.           Open meeting

2.           1 Minute silence for past members who are no longer with us

3.           Apologies

4.           Accept the Minutes of the previous meeting

5.           To receive the Annual Reports (attendees asked to send through any errors or omissions)

6.           To receive the Financial Statement

7.           Election of Office Bearers whose terms are due (Preisdent, Secretary, Treasurer, Football Director, Junior Football Director, Sponsorship Director, Social Director, Fundraising Director, General Committee Members)

8.           To introduce Life Members

9.           To consider motions of which due notice has been given or which any member, with the permission of the majority of the members at the meeting, may introduce.

10.        To dispose of any other matter which may, consistent with the Constitution, be introduced to such a meeting.

11.        Close

Each member of the outgoing Committee shall be eligible for re-election at the completion of their term.

The club needs many hands to keep it opperational so please attend to have your say and put yourself forward for any Committee roles you think you maybe suitable for.
